TRAILCAM.ORG is a service that allows its users ("you", "your") to view, post, make purchases, or/and deposits for goods and services offered on our Site. Our Site, mobile Sites and associated applications (collectively, our "Site") are managed and processed by TRAILCAM.ORG ("we", "our", "us") as owner and data controller. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

How we protect your information

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Third-party service providers who provide services to us or act on our behalf, in particular for business analysis, data processing or payments, customer service, marketing, public relations, distribution of surveys or prize draws, or to prevent fraud. Your payment information is processed by the payment service provider itself. The data relating to your card is retained by the payment service provider only for the completion of the transaction, and only for the time necessary for the management of any potential claims by the cardholders. This payment information is encrypted and secure. Third-party service providers have access to the information and may collect it to the extent necessary to enable them to perform their functions. Third-party service providers are not allowed to share it or use it for any other purpose.
How long do we keep your personal data for
We will only retain your personal information for as long as is strictly necessary to meet our legal obligations. For marketing purposes, the retention period is five (5) years from the date of your last activity. We may retain certain personal information for a longer period, even after the closing of your user account, if it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations or to maintain security, to prevent fraud and abuse and to defend or enforce our rights. We may retain your personal data for longer periods solely for archiving purposes, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with GDPR Article 89(1). If you choose to close your account your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Site within 30 days.
California Do Not Track Disclosures(Automatically Collected Information)
Like most website operators, we collect information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as your IP address, your browser type, information regarding your internet service provider or the type of device you used to access this website, language preference, pages visited, and the date and time of each page request. Some of this information may be considered Personal Data under applicable laws. Some of this data may also be sent to third-party content providers (for example: advertisers, website analytic companies, etc.) that provide content on our Services. The information collected from these Data Technologies may be shared with and used by us, by others acting on our behalf, or by third parties. Information collected by Data Technologies may be used on this website or on other websites, services, or online applications, including websites that may not be operated by us. For example, we may partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. These ad-network partners use Data Technologies to collect information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. These websites and third-party ad networks are not controlled by us.

"Do Not Sell" Choice - TRAILCAM.ORG provides the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link to comply with the CCPA. We give you the option to opt out of these sales at any time by sending an email request to [email protected].
TRAILCAM.ORG follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Children's Privacy and Use of the Services by Minors
This website and our Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18. You should not use this website or our Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us if you are under the age of 18.
